Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle employees expense reimbursements

  • Process and paying vendor invoices

  • Post journal entries and bank transfers

  • Responsible for bank reconciliations

  • Assist in preparing monthly reports

  • Filing and other ad hoc duties


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

  • Positive attitude, responsible and attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
