Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for month end financial accounting for holding companies using company accounting system

  • Agree inter-companies accounts and perform month end reconciliations

  • Preparation of accounts analysis, including inter-company transactions

  • Preparation of annual accounts for holding companies and update operation reports

  • Assist in audits of annual accounts of holding companies

  • Preparation of tax computation of holding companies for profit tax reporting

  • Responsible for quarterly forecast and annual budget reporting for holding companies

  • Manage daily budget code and handle inquires from departments

  • Assist in month end group financial reporting consolidation, including sub-group consolidations, preparation of quarterly consolidation schedules and entries to facilitate the group consolidation of parent companies


Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor in Accounting or above

  • Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience, with solid exposure in sizeable corporation preferred

  • Excellent analytical skills and self-initiation

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Good presentation and communication skills

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Good command in MS Office Applications and computerized accounting system

  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Accountant/ Senior Accountant.
