Project Manager (Call Center Project)
The project which is moving calls from certain markets currently serviced by the original party to our new third party outsource based in MNL.
Manage the remainder of the project cutover plan which includes the following markets, SG, MY, AU, NZ & NAM out of hours calls (PH cutover end of September). Note that while we have a Project plan of when certain markets will cutover, there might be some changes to this schedule which will also need to be managed.
Manage projects and facilitate user requirements related to front, middle and back office system, buy and sell side system and in-house developed systems
Provide recommendations and solutions to business users
Manage project delivery in accordance to corporate standard and guideline.
Ensure quality deliverable and project execution within agreed scope, cost and scheduleManage the process for all key contract checkpoints to ensure successfully passed
Communicate with all key stakeholders including arranging, preparing & running the project
Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or relevant discipline
Knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and regulatory requirement is an advantage
Proven experience in managing vendors and track record in handling multiple projects
Proactive, self-motivated and able to achieve aggressive project targets
Patience, organized, positive thinking and capable to work under pressure
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
With a Call Center experience is a must
