Senior Manager, Online Banking
Provide advice and solutions to online banking clients to corporate banking clients
Lead the team to provide liability sales, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange to clients.
Achieve agreed revenue by proactively conducting needs analysis, developing customer-focused sales presentations, delivering differentiated solutions and conducting sales reviews
Develop and maintain relationship with customers and explore new business opportunities in liabilities (deposits) sides
Manage post-sales implementation and service delivery, and handle related customer issues to enhance customer experience
Give suggestion for streamlining operational procedures, increasing productivity, enhancing operational control, achieving resource utilization to cater for best transaction services
Create an effective process and information flow between client services team and other teams
Provide guidance to team members and comply with the rules, guidelines and regulatory requirement of the Bank, HKMA, etc.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in banking and must have experience in Transaction Services and Online Banking
Strong knowledge of trade finance and cash management products
Exceptional knowledge and experience of banking operations, remittance, fund transfer and account services
Excellent leadership and management capabilities, able to lead a small team
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, able to drive cross-functional collaboration
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin and Cantonese
