Senior UI UX Designer


  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class end-to-end user experiences across iOS and Andriod devices.

  • Conduct user research including contextual interviews, usability testing, and present findings to product owners and stakeholders.

  • Define and deliver user-centric interaction designs aliginging with company's interaction guideline.

  • Define and deliver user flows, scenarios, and visual design language

  • Help develop and refine Pattern libraries and Design guidelines

  • Ownership of quality standards, schedule and deliverables

  • Bring a multidisciplinary point of view of product design to the conversation

  • Effectively communicate with development and business teams through all stages of the design and development process

  • Ability to understand how to balance business strategy with user needs and technological constraints

  • Ability to self-motivate and deliver results in timely fashion

  • Collaborate, create, and help the team deliver


  • 6+ years of work related experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Design / Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or equivalent experience

  • Experience designing and conducting user research, including contextual inquiry and usability & accessibility testing

  • Must have strong interaction and visual design skills with the ability to design quality graphical user interfaces

  • Excellent deliverables including prototypes, detailed page schematics, sketches, interaction flows, site, maps, navigation systems, and web-appropriate writing

  • Strong understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design

  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in a variety of design and experience tools including but not limited to: Sketch, Invision, Photoshop and Illustrator

  • The ability prototype in HTML/CSS, JavaScript is a plus

  • Ability and willingness to sketch/use whiteboard in real-time development efforts

  • The ability to facilitate / run workshops

  • Experience working in small multi-disciplined collaborative teams

  • Familiarity with technical issues and ability to work constructively & persuasively with development teams

  • Have an understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively
